I’ll never tell ANYONE who to have or not have compassion for…that’s up to each individual…

Fair enough.

Sorry, bro…my apologies…
For some strange reason, I got a little passionate about this topic…
The Beatles said it more that 40 years ago…“(Money) Can’t Buy You Love…” (or happiness…)

You just wish SHE was your girlfriend…that’s why huh?
It’s all good.
Naw…but I’m sure everyone has had this happen to them before…
You see this poignant picture…or clip on the news that hits you…
Well…I saw this particularly sad picture of Kate…and suddenly became pissed-off at her “throw-away” industry…
Go figure…

Life is a hypocritical, double standard thing sometimes.
I have 2 daughters.
RULE: No Boyfriends with vans.
If I had a son…
RULE: Buy him a van.
WTF?
LOL!!!

Kates now in rehab in the United States…
Mufasa
Do you really think she will quit? I gather not. A person with her kind of money and in that industry and lifestyle usually does not. I say usually, not always.
Why quit…oh because she was caught.
I think this is her “Oh shit…I need to let people see me in rehab so they believe I’m straight again.” thing. Then right back to business.
Just an educated hunch.

That is one popular statement that I completely dissagree with.
Money, and a job that I actually enjoy, are the 2 biggest ‘issues’ in my life right now.
I have an incredible wife who I can share anything and everything with, an incredible daughter that has made me happier than I have ever been in life before, but not having money, and the issues that come along with that have made me stressed and misserable too many times in my life.
I don’t blame anyone but myself and the choices that I made, but if I were to have enough money to live off of, comfortably with no bills, I would be a hell of a lot happier.
I’m not saying that would make everyone happier, nor will it fill in a void in other areas of one’s life, but it would work for me.
“…I have an incredible wife who I can share anything and everything with, an incredible daughter that has made me happier than I have ever been in life before…”
SWR…I understand where you’re coming from…but you stated yourself what the true source of your happiness is…

Agree…
Kate and her people are most likely doing “damage control” by putting her in rehab…
Let’s hope it helps some, though…

Money can’ buy love or happiness, but it can sure rent both.
