Well I’m currently dieting getting ready for warmer weather and picking up some T-vixens. I’m in week 2 and am thinking about doing a week long Andrasol stack after week 4. During that week I’d up my calories to about 750-1000/day over my maintenance level. I figure the additional calories and the Andrasol will help me hold onto or even gain a little muscle before I finish out the last 4 weeks of my diet. So any advice or recommendations from anyone out there who has tried this before would be of great help. Oh by the way I am 5’8" 190 lbs at about 11% body fat. “Keep pushin’”
