I have a friend who has some preban M1T that he’s noticed some wicked periworkout hypoglycemia (or hypoglycaemia for y’all across the pond) with. He’s been capitalizing on this by using a large dose of carbs during and after the workout to avoid the telltale shakes and sweats of hypoglycemia.
I can’t find any references for androgens as hypoglycemic agents, and my questions are:
-
Are androgens indeed hypoglycemic?
-
If they are, would it be in a male type II diabetic’s interest to search out a doc who would consider HRT magnitude doses for treatment?
Thanks,
Conor
