You should look into LDN. It helps with lowering systemic inflammation in the body. I have recently added that and its turned back the clock 15 years on my hair/scalp

If you are prone to baldness, will this even help? My dad is bald on the top. My hair didn’t start getting thin on the top till I was about 47 or 48 years old while on TRT. I’ve been off TRT for about a year and a half and have used minoxidil for seven months or so. I can’t tell if it has helped. I see mixed information on finasteride as to whether it causes side effects topically. I want to go back on TRT. Not sure what to do.
