Are you saying that because I posted full studies showing, in part, the complexity and heterogeneity of cancer types and tumors in response to your complete bollocks about “why don’t we have a cure” that it somehow means that I consider cancer a genetic disorder?

In one of the most galling examples of take-my-ball-and-go-home, SafeMinds pulled out of a study that they had funded upon learning that the results, for the millionth time in a row, still did not support the hypothesis that vaccines caused autism. This was nearly unprecedented transparency from the science side of things, they really honest-to-goodness tried their damnedest to bring the anti-vaxxers to the table and let them be part of the research process. The reward for scientists who tried to let the anti-vaxxers into the process and feel that their voice was heard? For the anti-vaxxers to see the preliminary results, get pissed that it didn’t show what they wanted, and condemn the study (a study on which they were allowed to sit on the scientific advisory board!) for being poorly done.

I’ve watched a few minutes and the contents are absolutely nauseating to anyone with even tepid understanding of public health science.

To put this in a stupid level of perspective. Tobacco companies (to this day) publish research showing a lack of a distinct connection between smoking cigs and lung cancer. If you can’t find a SINGLE connection between 2 things after spending millions of dollars on it, and are being outdone by the tobacco industry, you run out of credibility real quick.
