Have used 6 times now, found .35ml is working well no prolonged erections. Virtually painless, has worked every time. doesn’t feel any different than natural. on 3rd use the wife said “wow that stuff is really worth it”. I wish I tried this 10 years ago. Cost $160 for 5ml so in theory 14 injections and less then $9 per use. The expiration date says 60 days but Dr says at least 6 months in fridge no prob? I use the same .29ga. x 1/2" pins as I do TRT dose, easy as hell. Hard in less than 2 min. then after ejac. goes to 50% hard almost immed. and gone in 5-10 min. My trimix says store frozen on the vial. I preload about 10 pins at a time and refreeze the vial. I have kept trimix frozen for more than a year with no loss of effectiveness. I have also kept loaded pins unrefrigerated for up to 4 weeks (when traveling) with no loss of effectiveness.
Should BA water be used or “sterile” or NS [normal saline] water?
Kit is:
Alprostadil 10mcg
Papaverine 15mg
Phentolamine 1mg
States to use 1ml NS water and DISCARD unused amount [NOT]
I think that it is dangerous to not use BA water if storing.

I used Trimix for the first time at the Dr office, he gave me 25 units, I was hard for 2’5hours and still hard, I had to inject a different injection to lower my erection. Did that happen to you? Is Trimix still working for you?
Yes, an erection that would not go down did happen to me soon after I started using trimix. I injected too much and ended up in the emergency room. But that took care of the problem. It never happened again.
I looked back and found that I have been using trimix for over 14 years. It still works fabulously well. I always get hard as a rock and stay that hard for a long time - longer than needed no matter how long it takes before I climax. Over the years I have gradually had to increase the dose, but that is not a problem.
Did you ever try Cialis or Viagra?
