This kid told me that taking creatine or protein powders was going against a natural training philosophy because you shouldnt need those to get big. Not even protein powder. Im glad hes got such a firm base to back that up.
And heres this skinny fucking guido kid that told me that deadlifts dont build your entire back. He sure knows how build his back…I mean, hes 6’1", 185!! THATS HOOOOGEE.
