I’m planning on using the T-DAWG diet for bulking as Alessi recommended and cycle my calories 2days high, 1day low. I was thinking of just having low calorie days on my non-workout days which are weds.& sun. Or is it better to go 2days high, 1day low repeatedly not worrying about the days. Also what do you guys think of his postworkout recommendations of Grow!, glutamine, and Glycerol while dieting? T-Staff? or T-Maggers?
