P-dog, as I have stated before a toque is a winter hat that people wear during winter. It is something you might wear if it ever got cold enough to wear pants down there in CA.

Mud Dog, it was one time and the charges were dropped. It was all blown out of proportion. I’m only now allowed to live near a dog park again.
