I’m not interested in going on a cycle. I just find all this stuff really interesting. Have you experimented with peptides before? We could continue this on my log so we don’t derail this one lol

appreciate the feedback . . it just piqued my interest due to being oral ingestion as opposed to injection but the general consensus seems to be ‘not worth it’

Probably pretty apt, I remember one of the sarms in clinical settings causing a high prevalence of fast growing cancers/tumours. I also remember people defending it saying it was because the dose used on rodents was very high, but I think any sane person should still stay well clear, who knows what this crap will do long term.

Same for vaping, early data isn’t positive.

The only sarm that has a good amout of studies/ data is osterine. I have used it. It’s mildly suppressive. You would need a mini pct. Pretty good for muscular endurance. Slight boost in strength.
I have rune lgd and rad as well. They are ok but nothing like test.
You’d be better off doing an oral cycle of tbol or Anavar.

you are referring to cardarine. not a sarm.

Cardarine belongs to a class of drugs called peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) agonists.

it’s an amazing drug though. exercise in a bottle. 10x your endurance.

My issue is that I have a mildly obsessive personality so I feel like if I started something like that and got good gains it’d be hard to stop

the 3rd rep w/195 on the pin presses was a real grind . . really happy to get that . . had the bar sitting right at the tip of my nose . . hoping to hit a BW (205) strict press within the next 6 months . . it rained for a week straight here so lots of mowing to do now today

:30 sec plank
3x KB snatches each side
2 mins rest between rounds . . the first rep of 455 was a real grind so I called it there instead of pushing on and driving recovery down

2 rounds
13” DL: 10x355lbs
:30 sec plank
8x KB swings

8 mins EMOM
3x SSB squats w/140lbs + single red bands (real slight pause in hole and explode up) . . this felt much more explosive than last time so I’ll upgrade to blue bands next session and build from there

3 rounds w/BW (205lbs)
5x Pendlay rows
5x Bent over rows
5x DL rows . . got this row complex from one of Alsruhes videos . . really enjoyed it

BW - 203

lasts nights supper . . 1.5lbs of lamb chops

no assistance today, I was happy with the work here and had no drive to do anymore . . I think this program is already helping my back development, I did the pull-ups in front of a mirror and my lats look noticeably thicker than previously
