I like my protein shakes nice and thick, so I used to whip lots of air into them with my blender.
Unfortunetly my blender broke last week and I have had to “shake” them ever since.
I have noticed that my energy levels aren’t as stable now as when I blended my shakes.
Does whipping air into shakes with a blender affect the rate of digestion and in turn the affect the Glycemic Index?
Using a blender for your protein shakes adds more free protein from the air. Simply shaking the hell of them won’t do it. So it makes sense that your energy levels aren’t stable.
Yeah, this is a huge issue that most people don’t know about.
I like to blend my water at high speed as well to increase my energy levels even more.
maybe the air you are refering to is my new super-protein-air?

No, it’s not that. It’s the thermic effect of shaking, that you are not taking into account. Because your pale 11" guns are so puny, you are using an incredible amount of calories and strength to hand-shake your protein drinks. When your become stronger and your max dumbell curl exceeds the weight of the shaker, this problem will disappear.

Here’s my new Big Brother audition photo. I wanted to show them the lighter side of federov. In case anyone is wondering, I only drank 0.9 of that beer. This is to maintain my caloric intake of 800 kcal per day so I can reach my cutting goal of 91 pounds.
