The Yahoo article describes either a cover up which implies a conspiracy, because you can’t have a cover up without one, or a blunder. Sounds a lot more like a blunder. Even if it was a blunder, there is no way to prove that it was a blunder because the files that would prove that it was a blunder are gone.
If it was a conspiracy followed by a cover up, what would the conspiracy be?
