I just finished doing 7 1/2 years in prison and one of the things that helped me change as a person was to be the best I could especially physically. so I have a few questions for experienced individuals in training.
- How do I bring up my mile speed while simultaneously bring up my deads, squats, and bench?
- What supplements are the best for training simultaneously in power, speed, and endurance training?
- What types of foods should I avoid in this process?
- How many calories should I take in a day?
- Anyone in Canby or Aurora Oregon looking for a workout partner?
Thank you for any responses.

You can find Spike at https://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_store.
However, I think Surge Workout Fuel would be a much better choice for the training you’ll be doing.
Hill Sprints, Hill Sprints, Weighted Stair Runs/Climbs, Hill Sprints…
Deficit (aka Platform) Snatch-Grip Deadlifts (SGDLs)…
Hise Shrug, Lumberjack Squat Presses, Commando Pull-Ups, Overhead Shrug, Front Plate Raises…
Good luck with your new life… now live, and none of that half-assed crap either!
However, remember one thing, you must now earn it each and everyday…
