Advice on Extreme Training

I just finished doing 7 1/2 years in prison and one of the things that helped me change as a person was to be the best I could especially physically. so I have a few questions for experienced individuals in training.

  1. How do I bring up my mile speed while simultaneously bring up my deads, squats, and bench?
  2. What supplements are the best for training simultaneously in power, speed, and endurance training?
  3. What types of foods should I avoid in this process?
  4. How many calories should I take in a day?
  5. Anyone in Canby or Aurora Oregon looking for a workout partner?

Thank you for any responses.

  1. 5/3/1 with longish (200-400m) sprints for conditioning. Follow Wendler’s log on EliteFTS.com. Do as he does.
  2. Protein powder, Spike.
  3. Anything that makes you feel like shit after you eat it.
  4. Lots. Tough to say for sure.
  5. NA

You can find Spike at https://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_store.

However, I think Surge Workout Fuel would be a much better choice for the training you’ll be doing.

Hill Sprints, Hill Sprints, Weighted Stair Runs/Climbs, Hill Sprints…

Deficit (aka Platform) Snatch-Grip Deadlifts (SGDLs)…

Hise Shrug, Lumberjack Squat Presses, Commando Pull-Ups, Overhead Shrug, Front Plate Raises…

Good luck with your new life… now live, and none of that half-assed crap either!
However, remember one thing, you must now earn it each and everyday…
