Yup truth not bro science
Greater T = greater E2
Using an AI would seem prudent.
What the others are cautioning about is using too much of an AI can lead to E2 rebound effect.
@Borg_Master that is not, whatsoever, what we are cautioning.
To be clear, even the very SLIGHTEST use of an AI is detrimental to your health. E2 is not just something not to worry about, we donāt even measure it anymore. The whole 20-30 range was taken from the bodybuilding community on massive doses of anabolics using 17+ compounds. This does not apply to TRT. We have over 10 doctors in our group, each with hundreds of patients, and not a SINGLE one of those patients is using an AI. Several of them with E2 over 100 pg/mL with no symptoms. The key here is optimizing free T. There is no need to worry about E2. It is critical to our health. Guys with naturally low E2, and a deficiency in the aromatase enzyme, are actually SUPPLEMENTING with E2 to bring levels up. E2 provides you with libido, erection quality, cardiovascular health, cognition, etc. etc. AIs destroy the endothelial walls and severely impact cardiovascular health. Itās literally poison to the body. If you want to live, donāt ever take an AI. In the RARE case a man develops mastalgia (Google it) an AI can be useful. In 99.99999% of cases if should be NEVER used.
@dbossa I was not referencing TRT
E2 is necessary for several health issues, yet an excess has been linked to problems in older males. (Oh, I guess that would include me.)
Nice to have Dr.s in your group and youtube sources, however I would like to see some peer reviewed literature that corroborates the claims you mention.
@Borg_Master can you please provide your evidence for an excess of E2 linked to problems in older males. I know what study you will provide already but go ahead. Then Iāll tell you whatās wrong with that study.
There is no issue with higher levels of E2. I know this because I am in daily communication with several people who do research in this field and they confirm there is no evidence. None whatsoever.
Iāll wait for your study.
@dbossa Now let me get this straight. I ask you for scientific documentation and provide nothing.
You then counter, by asking me for research material, while saying you already know what studies I would provide. Seems as if you are being quite condescending.
These forums are here to exchange data, not for games of tag.
A person of science is open to different perspectives and a discourse on subjects.
Why are you being obtuse?
You stated you have evidence that high E2 causes issues. I asked for the evidence.
Iām stating that there is NO evidence that high E2 causes issues. How am I supposed to provide evidence of no evidence?
I also linked to Dr Rouzierās video where he goes through all the studies one by one. Have you watched it?
@dbossa Again, you avoid my initial request of providing peer reviewed literature that confirms your claim of high E2 being innocuous.
A video study does not seem to be scientifically rigorous. One by one? There are hundreds of studies that document the issues of high E2 in older males.
Oh, but you already know what studies I would cite, so why donāt you tell me what they are.
i applied to join the facebook group. i accept your guidance on AIās. i have only ever tried one pill. i will not take them.
iām going off topic for a minute. what is the go to medicine for treating circulatory problems? i am feeling my body decrease in flexibility and in joint strength and i believe it is due to a decrease in circulation. i have watched a video on NMN and supposedly it rejuvenates the arteries and veins. are you or anyone else taking this? what do bodybuilders take when they get old? does HGH improve circulation?
@Borg_Master, I will repeat one last time: There are NO studies that indicate higher levels of E2 cause harm. I canāt provide you with something that does not exist. You claim you HAVE studies that demonstrate that it does. I, as well as the docs in our group, would love to see it because we have been looking far and wide for one and have come up short.
In the video study he goes through a ton of studies and explains them in simple English. You can then Google the names of the studies that he refers to in order to review them yourself.
PM me and tell me your name in the group and Iāll unmute you. New members are muted for a period of 7 days so that they can read through the posts and get caught up.
Done
thanks
@ dbossa Your MDs vs. PhDs in biochemistry and endocrinology. Youtube videos vs scientific research. (BTW: there is no such thing as a āvideo studyā in the science world.) Be smart and let it go.
Perhaps you did minimal research in school and are therefore at a disadvantage. Or more likely you have a financial stake in this matter. Either way, letās see what your take is on just a few references.
Heck Iāll even leave out the BPH and sarcopenia studies, but toss in few TRT ones.
Show me what you got that is science based. Yes that means from scientific journals, not lame videos.

Plus T-nation has a few words on it.
I can assure you that I donāt have a financial stake in this. I own a successful IT consulting company. This is a hobby. What am I selling exactly?
Youāre forgetting Dr Scott Howell. He is the lead researcher at Tier1 who works for Dr Nichols. Best I can do is forward these titles to him and get back to you. I take Scottās word as gold as this is all he does.
@dbossa Look, I asked for references and received nothing.
Then you demanded my references and I provided a few. Now you have to forward them to someone else.
If this is a hobby for you, why are you emailing me?
Would you like to meet in person and get this over with.
Iām in OC. We can meet in El Dorado park.
Isnāt that where the crazy people live? Iām in Montreal, Canada. We giggle at people like you.
I have a multiple PhD researcher at my disposal. Iāll be sending these titles to him and see what he says about them.
@dbossa What am I thinking? Meet you to go over biochemistry?
My mistake. You talked smack, but I pony upped. Now you have to go talk to Big Daddy.
May I suggest another hobby for you: biology and chemistry. You would come out a better person for it. I have taken many years of the physical sciences and believe it does lead to personal growth with an awareness of the world around us.
As far as answering any more of these sophomoric demands of yours, I am done.
You can all keep your E2 high. We all pay a price for the decisions we make and reluctance to advance our knowledge set.
Good Day Sir!
Great! This means I will not have to waste Dr Howellās time or my time on this to get the answers to your questions. I know he would have certainly enjoyed it though ![]()
If youāve never heard of him, do a search for him on YouTube. Then youāll say, āOhā¦ā and Iāll say, āExactlyā.
Good day sir!
