How do you expect to put on muscle when you work out 6 days a week, up to 4-5 hours at a time and barely eat 2000 calories?
Sounds like a pile of shit routine to me

i will gradually increase my caloric intake 200 cals every month for the next 6 months… i still want to do it in a cycle though
what do you think?
Fuck. Dump your program, eat every day until you can’t stand the sight of food then eat some more, and lift heavy. Try smolov. Deads and squats put on mass. Fuck triceps and biceps, put your energy on big weights and big movements. Come back in six months and we will lay out a perfect cycle.

i thought of that before…seriously
however, im sure everyone of us has a different story behind why we do what we are doing…also different reasons and goals as well
for me my story is long sad and embaressing
anyway am not here to whine about life…i keep that to myself! as every man should
i really understand and appreciate your solid advice, for it is absoloutly correct, but i have something in mind. its not extraordinary
i just want to feel good about myself cause i havent felt that way forr a long time now
lastly, i think what i need is a boost. by that i mean my body and mind havent been one lately
my mind pushes for more and my body is trying to catch up!
i dont know if that makes any sense but hope you kinda get a feeling of where i come from. thanx
oh…and i do deadlifts, squats and all major compound movements twice a week…sorry had to include this in previous post
Ok, you want an honest answer. You can’t think yourself to good living, you have to live good to have good thinking. Focus on doing well with what is in front of you. We ALL have shit. It is a fallacy to think out of 7 billion people on the planet we are somehow terminally unique. I am not and neither are you.

I wonder if anyone have tried importing one month supply into Japan? I read a lot of review current and dating back to 2002…some say it’s ok to import if for one month’s personal use
I’m confused…is there a definite way to actually check this?
i really would appreciate the advice. thanks
Check your local laws.
Heard needles are highly regulated in Japan and obtaining those are the real problem

i don’t know if there is an official site that lists importable products. I’m really bad with picking up keywords :S
i have found this site for japan customshttp://www.customs.go.jp/english/summary/prohibit.htm
im not exactly sure if aas are prohibited for import
anyone with expertiese in legal affairs would probably have a good conclusion on this!
i would really appreciatr the advice as i dont want to break any laws
