Upper body was feeling a little meh so I decided to have some fun testing out a (little!) heavier axle deadlift. My deadlift variations are in a really good spot, where it’s much more that I have to hold myself back from trying to go way heavier. So I’ll be patient but I do think my body will continue to respond well to lots of deadlifts and pull-ups.

Is it safe to assume the pull ups are just body weight?

Yeah, they’re just body weight unless I specify that they’re weighted. And that’s kind of been a matter of laziness lately, just not popping my weight vest on. I don’t take the vest to the gym on Sundays (for family and schedule reasons, I work out at a gym on Sunday mornings) but I could be doing the weighted pull-ups at home. Have just been a little lazy :slight_smile:
