No high E symptoms, but I’m willing to take AI if it would actually help.
Yes, it will positively affect the acne. When the Testosterone through the Aromitase Enzyme converts to Estrogen, there is usually an Aromitase Enzyme secondary process that converts the Estrogen to E2.
E2 affects the sebum, causing excess skin oil to become infected causing acne.
The general rule is to take at least 5mg of trans-resveratrol per kilogram, but more is also okay.
Resveratrol has many other benefits, but that is what Google is for.
Some people respond to 5mg of Trans Resveratrol per kilogram of body weight.
Years ago there were studies done on mice and for the various comparisons of different maladies they were all dosed at 5mg/kg and got favorable results.
I used to make up capsules of the various supplements I took, but after I purchased Japanese Knot wood root in bulk-Japanese Knot wood root contains 98% Trans Resveratrol, and is cheap when purchased in bulk powder.
I generally take a gram or more per day.
Your SHBG looks good…I don’t know your age
The Free T also looks good
Your Total T is high by most standards
Your E2 on the other hand, is almost double what most Men feel comfortable with.
Your T to E2 Ratio is good, but a lower 20-30 number you might feel better and have more energy.
Are your morning erections solid, inconsistent, or hardly ever? No pun intended.
What were your horrible prediabetic symptoms out of interest?
I guess it sounds worst than it is but,
waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom 1 or 2 times,
restricted urinary flow,
frequent urination all day,
not falling asleep quickly,
not getting solid sleep,
tingly hands / fingers,
mouth felt like bacteria overgrowth after waking up despite flossing, brushing and mouthwash before sleep,
I have 20/20 from lasic but I’m realizing my eyes were blurry AF after waking up a lot longer than they should have been or after rubbing them throughout the day
I never got thirsty or wanted to drink a lot but that was pretty much it.
NOW
After 3 days without food, my blood sugar and insulin stabilized so I no longer have a problem going to the bathroom.
Actually after 6 days of water fast and now only eating all meat & fat for 3 days, I feel like I enjoy drinking water and I feel;
I fall asleep faster
I sleep all night
No tingly limbs / tips of fingers and toes don’t fall asleep
Eyes aren’t 100% better but don’t get as blurry after waking
Skin is WAY less greasy
Skin feels smoother /softer
Digestion is still off due to oxilation
More flexability in spine (was aparently caused by inflammation)
No pain or tenderness anywhere
Reduced body odor
When I get 8hrs of sleep and wake up, I’m up (I don’t feel the need to go back to sleep)
Mouth feels cleaner after waking and throughout the day.
I thought I was just pinching nerves while laying in bed proped up on an elbow for a few minutes until now. Now, I can lay propped up for as long as I want without tweaking any nerves or my arm falling asleep.
I’m sure I’m missing something but that’s what I’ve noticed for now. Only supplimenting with Vit D in the AM and liver support and take iodine.
We’ll see. If I didn’t go all meat, I would have got a glucose meter and still might.
I forgot to mention, Bioperene ( piperine ) has been shown in studies to help the absorption of Resveratrol
KNB
piperene also known as Bioperene has shown in laboratory testing to greatly improve the absorption of Resveratrol.
My SHBG is low but fine, E2 is a bit high but no symptoms of high E, TT is about 300 over the top-end of the range, and fT is in 30 out of 35 on the upper end of the range… nearly 5x what it was before I started TRT.
Hit or miss, but I think this is an inconsistent metric too… not going to wake up hard every morning, but certainly more often than when not on TRT.
