True story
Iāve decided I will start today by sh!tting on Brad Castleberry.

For anyone who doesnāt know about Brad Castleberry, hereās a picture of him āsquattingā ā1125lbsā

Yeah, thatās cool, but for how many reps?

I donāt have any words for it, but figured this would be good raw material.
He later decided to tell people he only picked it up from the J-Hooks for a picture, then re-racked the weight. He has pulled a TON of stunts like this, but it is always entertaining to see his BS
Yeah. Iāve seen a bunch of his fake plates vids. Repping with world record breaking bench press, etc.
Thatās why Iām like āSure, heās squatting 1100+. But for how many reps!?!ā
He has gotten better. Iāll give him that. Like now he also uses a bendy bar with his fake plates. Back when, he didnāt do that when he was benching like 9 plates.

I like that his ātotally not fakeā plates are completely SPOTLESS in most of his videos. I agree though, the use of the bendy bar has helped his videos seem more legitimate - despite that bar having the structural integrity of a cheese stick.
That dude almost got me to stop caring about form, but greater powers prevailed.
