Pretty impressive lifts.
I have a few questions if you dont mind.
-
What kind of program and assistance do you run for the sumo deadlifts?
-
Whats your mobility work like to be able to open up your hips that much in the bottom position?
-
Have you ever had any knee pain from sumos and if you have how did you rehab that problem.
Very very nice lifts btw i was a bit scared to watch the whole video because every segment more clothes kept coming off i thought you mightve ended up naked deadlifting lmao.
Great lifts _Jkon

Hahah thanks man, didn’t mean to make it seem like strip-lifting, gym was just get hot as hell lol.
For Sumo deadlifts I LOVE pulling off blocks, below the knee level. These really help you learn how to get in position and help you stay more upright. Also I really like deficit Stiff leg deads.
As far as mobility, I honestly don’t do a whole lot, just squat down with a semi wide stance and force your knees out with your hands.
Never experienced any pain on these.
As far a programming, I like to pull once a week with lots of volume, I don’t follow any specific program. Hope this helps!
All that glute work paid off for your friend.

Lol people always do stupid shit in my videos!
Thanks man. I dont have any blocks at my gym i dont know how id incorporate that. I could use the pins in he squat rack maybe. For the defecit stiff leg deads im assuming this is conventional style? I like pulling sumo better but i only go probably semi-sumo im gonna give it a go with 531 and see how it goes. Thanks for the tips much appreciated.
You can use plates on either side, I don’t have blocks either. I just use 100lb plates or 2 45s. The deficit stiff legs are conventional.
