I’d recommend hitting legs and delts twice a week.

Asoss- I used to do full body workouts 2-3 times a week, but I just recently switch to a split and I have liked it a lot better. Basically it’s Back/Biceps, Chest/triceps and legs.

BONEZ217- Thx. Delts are kind of a weak spot for me. I just started hitting my legs harder. I’ve got a whole leg day and on back days I do deadlifts, but most of my growth has been to my hamstrings and glutes, I guess I’m going to have to start isolating my quads.

Yes start leg press and doing leg extensions.

You also need to have side lateral raises and front raises in your routine somewhere if you dont want to do overhead pressing. Side laterals + overhead pressing would be best.

Gave ya a 4. Looks like your not close to your potential though. Nice base to work from. If you add 10lbs of muscle and lose 10lbs of fat you’d look mean. Good job so far.

As Bonez says, overheads, isolation for side shoulders. And a lot of squats and leg presses for the legs. You should be walking like a duck for the rest of week after a workout.

What are your current macro-nutrients?

I would like to gain ten pounds and eventually squat in the high 400’s or 500. By that time I think the mirror will be happy. What are macro-nutrients?
