6-Week Test Results, High Estradiol

Is depression a side effect of High E2? While I am not new to depression, it seems to have had an uptick lately.

Too vague. High and low E2 and high and low test can cause some depression perhaps? Are your levels stable? How long have you been on this exact protocol with no changes in dosage or injection frequency?

Been on this protocol for 8 weeks (.3 cc E3D). All my levels are in my original post in the thread

Stick it out till week 12. For me I see improvements starting week 8 up to week 12.

Okay so I’m getting some symptoms now…sex drive is going down, random erections are gone and my.nipples are puffy. I responded poorly to anstrazol ? Any ways what are my options? Should I take it down from .3 every 3rd day (my current program) and go down to .25, will that impac my. Estradiol

Be patient and don’t touch anything.

How much longer should I be patient? I’m on week10

Areu taking an AI?

Have you been 10 weeks on the same protocol without touching anything and most of all an AI?

If so, give it 2 weeks more.

No AI. I took some during another stint on TRT over a year ago and had a terrible response to it. Maybe I try again or a different kind

Don’t touch any AI.
Just wait a couple weeks more. You can’t run AIs on the long run, so there’s no point experimenting with it.

Thanks for the feedback. That’s what I’ve gathered and why I haven’t done that or HCG yet due to tests shrinking. I am on boats refraining from an AI, but what are my options if in a few weeks I’m still having issues? What are my options without taking an AI? Also is this a theory that my body is still adjusting to this amount of testosterone?

Your symptoms are really mild to begin with.
Puffy nipples are not gynecomastia and they will resolve by themselves. If you feel a lump under your nipples, which means true gyno, you can use a compounded raloxifene or tamoxifene cream to apply on the breast.

The libido issues could be due to numerous different reason, stress and prolactin being usually the most common causes.

Just don’t get fixated on symptoms and keep doing your protocol. You will feel good soon.
If not, you may introduce HCG in a while, but I only know few people doing good on it.

Yeah I think the libido issue is a bit exasperated due to seeing a good pick up in the beginning. Wondering why it does this for a lot because I’ve read others go through the same

How strict are you being with your injection timing? Exactly every 72 hours?

And exactly how many hours prior to your TRT injection was your blood test taken?

I have been fairly strict, typically I inject between 6:30am and 7:30am Every 3rd day. It’s not exactly 7:30am every single time. My blood test was taken 48 hours after my injection and 24 prior.

What’s your weight/height?

After reading through your posts and taking on board the information available, especially the post I’m quoting, Since you’re already considering lowering your dose because of your symptoms, If I was you I would adjust by injecting 60mg every 96 hours. And I might take 0.25-0.5g arimidex just once at the same time of adjustment to speed things up. but that’s just me

That’s just what I would do if I was in you, then after 6-8 weeks after reviewing bloods/ symptoms I might up the dose 0.02-0.04ml for another 6-8 week then review bloods/symptoms again

But that’s just what I would do, I think most other guys here would probably adjust by injecting once every 2 days or 1 day next if they was you.

Also next time get your bloods as close to your next TRT injection as possible, even 1 hour before would be better. I myself could probably get away with a peak day blood test right now but that’s only because I feel amazing on my current protocol.

Anyway you should know I’m just a layman here, trying to help, do your research, the final decision is yours alone, you are the king of your own body

60 mg every 96, you’re saying my same dose but instead of every 72 hours, .3 every 96 so essentially space them out more?

Hi kal-el

I hope you feel better soon

Yes, if I was you I would be too wary to up the actual injection dosage to move to E5D, for now, even though I as you think the E5D protocol is the 2nd best protocol after the E1D protocol but Im leaving that as the last resort, because of the tests half life and time spent peaking/troughing. I’d keep that variable the same for now, I think you are peaking too much, and your trough is too short, I think you need to trough more so your body can balance itself.

I saw you mention depression, if I was you I’d also think about TRT add ons once the TRT protocol has been dialed in, like primo or masteron to improve mind function

I’m on 68mg test E5D and I felt jacked even on the 5th day even before I added in the primo. It’s been over 4 weeks since I started taking the primo and now I’m starting to feel proper jacked

*I edited this because I accidentally wrote 95mg
