You are injecting 12.5 on an insulin needle, your hCG is probably 1000iu/ml so you are injecting 125iu of hCG. You should know this and report doses by mg’s and iu’s not volumes. Some use hCG 2000iu/ml.
When older, hCG is to preserve the testes so they do not shrink and the scrotum can pull up tight. Looking like a prepubescent boy might not be great for your sexual self-image. If things seem to be going the wrong way, try the suggested 250iu SC EOD.
Many get 10,000iu vials of hCG and injecting 250iu EOD takes 80 days. With 125iu that might be taking shelf life into uncharged territory.
In many jurisdictions you do not need an Rx for insulin syringes. But some places limit to a pack of 10 because of drug addicts. It is good to get a box of 100 from Walmart USA for ~$14. You can find on WWW and have delivered but more costly. A Rx from doc for box of 100 solves the problem.
Do labs halfway between your injections so the results fit your average status. If once a week injections your levels might be high at halfway point and alarm your doc and then dose gets reduced. With low SHBG your levels will shift towards lower TT and higher FT.
I see up . the HCG because it is a large vial it says hcg 1000U/ML 6ML SO I should have enough to get me through my 28 days right? I have syringes, not an issue
SO keep my 70 T does every third day right?
Shouldn’t of started a 2nd thread…but this is what I posted.
My doctor started me 3 weeks ago tomorrow with 140 ml of T-Cyp once a week, with 250 units of HCG and half a A pill. From advice on here I have been doing 70 ml every Sunday/Wednesday with half of the HCG and half of half a pill. Really feeling good until the other day got terribly bloated the day after my last shot cycle. My energy has increased, libido has increased, fog gone, no morning wood yet, ready to start my work outs again…oh yeah I am 56 former athlete, turned to a desk job and weight 250 and need to be at 210. Been eating relatively clean, for the last 3 weeks, and looking forward to the journey. Have blood work next week (4 week check-up). Dr. doesn’t know I went rogue so I am not going to tell him. I did stay at his 140 T dose, just in 2 injections of 70 instead of one of 140. Anything else I should be looking for, asking for? My original stuff is in another thread…low SBHG guy.
Too much testosterone, of course your having symptoms. I would. Your protocol is too aggressive for low SHBG to do us guys having lots of free hormones.
Thanks, what I was thinking, should I drop to 50 with my Sunday/Wednesday routine? Would appreciate advice on HCG taking 12.5 ml with each injection and a quarter of a 1mg anastrozole. I did notice my HCG vial is gonna have a lot left should I be doing it more often?
My current reality… definitely more energy almost feel a little wired. Thinking more clearly, noticing some bloating issues within the last week. Libido up, no morning erection, balls still high and tight quite a bit. Thanks for any help…go next week for blood work and then should know where I am. Wednesday appointment so will have at least 48 hours from last injection. Just gonna play it as I am taking a once a week injection protocol.
Going to Dr. for the first full 4 week blood panel. What should I be looking for. I think most agree I should be doing 50ml of T-Cyp every Sunday/Wednesday, 250iu of HCG EOD, and .5 mg of Astrazole once a week. Appreciate any and all thoughts. I shot my normal dose of .35ml every Sunday/Wednesay 125iu of HCG same days and .25ml of Astrazole Sunday/Wednesday. Ksman has said that is too much and I should be doing .5mg of T-Cyp and 250iu of HCG EOD, and .25 mg of Astrazole Sunday/Wednesday routine…thoughts.
Just curious since I have not been following my Dr.'s protocol of 140mg injected once a week, .5 Astrazole, and 250iu of HCG. When I go tomorrow to the Dr. it is for a scheduled 4 week blood test, I hope they do not offer to do my injection while I am there. I have been following advice here on the board of splitting my T-Cyp and HCG and Astrazole into Sunday/Wednesday doses. Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.

Ok got my 4 week labs back…the PA called and this is what he said. T level went to 952, and my E level was 23…he suggested staying on my current protocol of 70mg of T-Cyp Sunday/Wednesday, with 125iu of HCG Sunday/Wednesday, and .25mg of anastrozole on Sunday/Wednesday.
Curious if you suggest I back off to 50mg of T-Cyp on the Sunday/Wednesday cycle, and you did suggest going to 250iu of HCG EOD, and .5mg of anastrozole on Sunday/Wednesday…THOUGHTS??? I feel my T level is too high. I assume my E level is ok at 23?
As always any and all help getting things dialed in would be appreciated.
50mg twice weekly works great for me, what a difference coming from once week. Just make sure you are injecting Sunday morning and Wednesday evening or Sunday night and Wednesday morning which is exactly 3.5 days apart = 7 days.
Thanks for you replies as always. I just think 952 T Level for this 56 year old guy is a bit high. I am going to stick with the 70mg Sunday/Wednesday through my next blood draw in another 4 weeks. I just think that gives me a full 8 weeks to check numbers before I decide to lower the T-Cyp routine. I realize it takes time for everything to get fully going, but still having some retraction of the balls, and libido is better, no morning wood, but mood is better, fog is lifting. I am just coming off a bad MCL injury and have to meet with orthopedic guy later this week, to find out what the verdict is. I need to get working out once I get the knee cleared. Then I hope to really see some results.
What about the anastrozole and HCG routine? Keep it the same?
