5 Reasons Conservatives Don't Like Romney

Don’t be surprised they want someone who can beat Obama too. There are plenty of people out there like me.

One more reason why you idealists need to work hard for whomever captures the republican nomination.

Sorry, Romney isn’t getting my vote.

This will be about the 6th time I’ve said it to you. You need to get your teeth kicked in a few more times before you realize that politics is a game of compromise. If you think sitting on your hands is a good idea because you didn’t get your perfect candidate you might be thinking twice next time. There could be 3 or 4 election cycles where you don’t get the guy you want. Are you going to sit them all out?

LOL…really Sloth you’re better and much smarter than that.

This is nonsense and dangerous nonsense at that.

All this nonsense will simply lead to the country staying on autopilot which is kind of bad if it is heading for a cliff.

The people are ready for a change, as indicated by the OWS and Tea Party movement, they just dont know which way to go, but they sense that the course they are on now leads to a catastrophe.

If there ever as a time in the last 80 years in US history to be part of and form the new paradigm of American politics, this is it.

The old one is finished, because, and I repeat myself, if something is unsustainable, it will not be sustained.

Or, you can just do business as usual and watch the US spiral into a police state when the economic collapse, which is overdue, finally comes.

Zeb, I’m wondering, do you honestly see no value in voting for a 3rd party candidate?

We’re right back in 2008. I’ll vote for Romney if I have to. Do we really wanna give this guy another term?

What is it with Americans always blaming media? I honestly don’t get it… with everyone that I communicate that is from the US, sooner or later (whether he/she is liberal or conservative) the media is blamed or accridated for something one way or the other lol.

I see no value in throwing your vote away. That is for idealists who are usually, but not always, young. In the real world you have choices to make. Sometimes you may not like those choices but one is always better than the other.

This coming election we have a very clear choice, you either like Obama in which case you vote for him, or you dislike Obama in which case you vote for the opponent most likely to beat him.

Staying home, or voting for some third party nobody proves what?

And I’d vote for Newt Gingrich if I had to because that’s what you do when you don’t like your current leadership, you act according to the law to change it. Otherwise, one would have to remain silent about Obama as you forfeit the right to complain by not acting when you had the opportunity to do so.
