Oh, definitely. The only thing that could make me pass up lamb would be lobster. (Maybe I should start a seafood thread.)
While it’s not terribly good for you, bloody bread is just as good as the meat. After the lamb is transferred to a platter and carved, the drippings and half-cooked bloody juice in the bottom of the platter can be soaked up with extra-thin slices of white bread (yeah, I know…). Salt the sopping bread a bit… MMMM LAMB BLOOD!!!
I think I could kill a lamb with my bare hands right now and not feel guilty. ![]()
