37 & Need Advice on Potentially Starting HRT - Blood Work Included

I took hcg with my trt the first year in, which was years ago now, so I’m struggling to remember my thoughts and experiences at the time. I’m leaner now and think the sides are more pronounced, but its been this way for years now. Ive gotten off of it, switched to serms and come back out of experimental curiosity. I also think at the time you and I debated it, I may have been reciting the dogma that was/is hcg for some people. The only thing I know for certain, is the above side effects for me are acute and noticeable within 2 hours and peak around 24 hours. They persist and don’t begin to dissipate until around 1 week after the last injection.

My primary concern isn’t testicular atrophy, although it’s a close second, but physiologically LH and FSH have mechanisms and functions outside just stimulating our testes, although it’s likely that is their primary role.

With lh and FSH near zero, there’s likely to be other long term deficiencies.

Hi Guys,
I have taken everyone’s advice, had detailed bloods taken fasted this morning, including key areas that my bloods missed last time, and have started a fresh thread here:

I am also working with Balance My Hormones in the UK and will be sharing the costs and my experience with working with them to help out T Nation members in my country thinking about T replacement. FYI BMH also offer HGH therapy which very few other companies do.

Thank you all again for the advice and guidance and I welcome your kind help in the new thread.
