32 Year Old Back After 10 Years

Looking to regain what I lost. Been back since feb. I’m 6’6" 235. Used to weigh 255 10 yrs ago. I’m upping my calories to 4000 + and drinking a gallon of water a day. Was only eating 3k. Thinking of focusing on core/ Olympic lifts and putting off the skull crushers lol. Been jumbling around a solid order though. Have been lifting 5 days a week and making good progress but the" what happened bro you used to be ripped" comments are driving me nuts! Good motivation though! I actually lost 10 pounds and 10% fat. Currently 13% fat. I want to get back around 250. My old lift stats eclipse where I am now, hoping to switch muscle memory into high gear! Asking for any ideas for a schedule primarily of core/ Olympic lifts, the only one I haven’t done since I’ve been back is the snatch but used to. Thanx in advance for any advise!
