32 Y/O Female. Low T3/Test?

So just to clarify a few points here.

Defy Medical ordered and interpreted the tests. I use them and trust them (as much as I trust any doctor) and Dr. Caulkins was her physician vs just having a nurse do it.

She was prescribed T as well via a deodorant like stick. I use injections and prefer the accuracy of doing it that way, but my understanding is that creams have come a long way.

She wrote up the following based on your questions and feedback:

“Major symptoms: low libido, overall low energy and tired all the time, brain fog, forgetful, cold feet, frequent cold like symptoms but not allergic to anything (sneezing, running nose, itching and red eyes) difficult to fall asleep, sleep shallow and wake up easily. Also have symptoms of low energy, second guessing myself, decrease in confidence and motivation. I tend to have a really hard time losing weight even when on a strict diet and exercise regimen. Have a lot of bloating and easily gain weight, have to really watch what I eat to maintain weight without gaining more.
My periods are somewhat regular in terms of timing but have a lot of spotting before my period and it will last over 7 days. Also have a lot of PMS symptoms like really tender breasts, bloating and cravings.”

I use Defy Medical & Dr Caulkins as well, they’ve done well for me, albeit I’m a 52 yo overweight male.

To me, her numbers seem lowish plus she’s symptomatic. Estrodiol isn’t particularly low, but I’m not familiar with female hrt protocols so to have both that and t prescribed doesn’t seem unreasonable. Same for the thyroid med, t3 is lowish and she symptomatic so let’s give it a try.

One can always stop treatment if no benefits are felt.
