It is often not as simple as that.
There can be more going on than TT, FT and SHBG
SHBG in your case may be from elevated E2 [estradiol].
Are you also finding that you feel the cold easier now?
Have you been using iodized salt to support thyroid hormone production?

This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
