Some guys burn through things like iron a lot faster on TRT. Individuals are just that, individual. Personally, I am often hypocalcemic, and easily have exercise induced hypocalcemia due to other underlying physical issues.
That’s interesting. For years now I’ve been too nervous to push myself in the gym because I used to become very short of breath the night after a tough workout. During the workout I’d be ok but at night I’d be a mess. Doesn’t iron have something to do with oxygenating the brain and muscles? I might have been anemic for a long time without even realizing it. Fingers crossed that improves as well.

I think technically anemia is a lack of Red Blood Cells. Low iron means low RBC - generally speaking - and low RBC means less oxygen in your blood. We tend to cope with things for a long time before realizing what the problem is.
Thanks for the vid link. I’ve been a fan of Natural Calm for a while now.
Makes sense about the rbc iron info.
Thanks everyone
