Maximal muscle growth for size… I’m being told 3… with keeping cardio minimal. I have been doing 4 and it’s been definitely working, but what about 3 with a little bit more intensity in each? I suppose since I’ve been doing 4… 3 might be a good shift? Any help would be appreciated, if you need more info… I’ll post that in a reply.

what you pose is a very individualistic answer. there are so many variables involved such as metabolism, nutrients, rest, hormonal levels, excercise volume, intensity, the list goes on and on. You just got to experiment with your self. laters pk
That’s what I felt, but I’m getting an extreme amount of ‘flak’ from some really really in the know people saying that 3 days a week is where it’s at for real growth. I suppose I’ll just have to wait and see… as unsatisfying as that sounds. Thanks.
