So these labs are on 200mg/wk of testosterone? No hCG or AI? How many days after injection were these labs drawn?

200mg/1x week, no armidex for 7 weeks and no hCG. This was 5 days after the shot.

Definitely need to back off that dose a bit. Your peak testosterone and E2 values are going to be super high, as they are already high 5 days post injection. I’d suggest dropping it to 150mg/wk, but splitting the dose to 75mg twice per week. Retest in 6 or 7 weeks and go from there.

To be honest i think 150mg/wk could potentially be a little too much for you, but bloodwork will paint a better picture.

Total cholesterol of 133 is morbidly low.

For your T level, hematocrit is low. Albumin is also lowish.

Low vit-D25!

Is it bad the hematocrit is low? If so, it still should increase over time, that is if I stay with 200mg a week.

No idea about cholesterol/Albumin,thoughts on it being low?

Vitamin D has always beenb low for me. I’m guessing I need to up dosing from 2000mg.

Vit-D3, find 5000iu tiny oil based gel caps

Low hematocrit as a symptom may be indicating that something is wrong. Were total proteins on the lab report? Sometimes low hematocrit points to blood loss from a GI problem and an occult blood test can rule that in/out.

They were, 6.2. Range 6.0 to 8.0

Cholesterol is the foundation for creating all of your steroid hormones, including cortisol. Levels <= 160 are associated with increased all-cause mortality. Eat more foods that contain or promote cholesterol. I assume that you are not taking a statin drug.

Total proteins 6.2. Range 6.0 to 8.0 is lowish too. With TRT, the anabolic state should increase albumin, hematocrit and total proteins. So you can see that there is something odd. Do you eat enough meat and red meat? Eggs?

Your levels do not look right to me. A doctor will probably think that your really low cholesterol is very healthy and these other things that I mentioned are in range and you are in perfect health ;} There can be liver or kidney implications or malabsorption from a digestive disorder.

Well that does not sound pleasant. Honestly lately, no. Mostly just random junk food. I have s followup next week, I can bring some of those issues up, but I’m confident I’ll hear the you are in perfect health line. In feeling fatigued as hell right now.

So lets talk about thyroid, your use of iodized salt and body temperatures.
See ‘thyroid basics’ sticky.

E2 control can be very important to how you feel.

I’ve got another sleep study set up. I have sleep apnea and have not been using the cpap machine for over a year. 1. I never noticed any difference 2. Just never ordered new supplies for it.

I will get all the information together for you on the thyroid portion and post it when I get all the temps in. I could be sweating a and my hands and feet could freeze water. Its aweful.

Glad to see you on the right track. I am personally between doctors. Similar initial test results. T270 E14.5.

Did you ever find out what the root cause was?

Update on the body temps.
2/9. 6:30 97.0
4:30 97.9
2/10 9:00 95.9
1:30 97.6

I will update with more as I get them. Iv went to the doctor about the stuff you mentioned. She said everything was normal and blew me off. I mentioned hcg as well, she gave me the it’s cosmetic only. She seemed to get made about me asking that and left after that.

2/11 - 6:30 / 96.4

I haven’t broke 98.0 since measuring body temps.

TSH levels are OK. But body temperatures are low. Can someone else hit 98.6 with that thermometer?

Iodine???

Have you studied the thyroid basics sticky?

Your fT3 is low and/or fT3 is getting blocked by rT3

I’ll get the wife to test it out. Just bought it this weekend. My feet and hands are frozen all day heh. A lot worse lately, having to wear socks at night. I read the sticky. I haven’t tried any form of iodine supplementation nor do I get much salt.

Checked with another thermometer. They are within .2.

It seems I definitely need to start supplementation.
