I’ve just learn that TRT effects blood circulation, 3 weeks ago I became very cold for a few days after dropping my dose down 20mg, it felt very similar to how I felt before TRT when my E2 levels were in the single digits. Dr Crisler mention that TRT has been used to save limbs from those with diabetes and other related diseases where blood circulation was bad enough that you could lose a limb.
Interestingly whenever I increase my dose I get hot for weeks, now I know the opposite is true with a reduction is dosage.
What is the benefit of injecting HCG @ EOD instead of twice weekly? Would that possibly reduce my E2? And should I expect an E2 drop from lowering my HCG dose from 1,200 IU per week to 1,000 IU per week?
For the same reason a low SHBG guys injects more frequently, because it clears your system too soon before your next injection of HCG. It all depend on how fast HCG clears your system.
I think my new protocol is going to be as follows:
Test 40 mg twice weekly
HCG 500 IUs twice weekly
Anastrazole .25 mg twice weekly
All will be done on the same day. I’m lowering the HCG from 1200 IUs per week to 1000IUs per week. I will see if this brings about any beneficial changes to E2 and will get my levels checked in 3-4 weeks.
What do you all think? Also, since I am 27 and plan on having children in the next few years, will dropping from 1200 IUs HCG to 1000IUs per week have any detrimental effect on preserving my fertility?
