Okay guys 4 months later I’ve seen a new (still shitty) doc and I’m finally getting follow up bloodwork.
Follow up bloodwork is good! But also came at a very bad time since I’m mid cycle on halodrol. Does anyone know if this will affect my labs?
He ordered:
CBC (what I’m most worried about)
Estradiol
Lh
Prostate
Testosterone
On TRT, LH/FSH–>zero, do not test LH/FSH on TRT
Should not test LH alone as it changes by the hour, FSH is much more steady.
Prostate at age 24? Insane
Labs:
TT
FT
E2
CBC
hematocrit, probably in CBC
Try to do labs halfway between your twice weekly injections.
Best to go get labs not constrained by when you see the doctor.
Yeah the way these doctors do bloodwork have me quickly loosing faith in all endos. I never thought it would be so hard to find a good doctor. I’m just curious if any of the tests I listed will be affected by being on a prohornone. I think this new doctor is looking for a reason to take me off trt.
