@KSman @guyali after 3 months of injections here are my results, im a bit confused about the different tests can someone help me?
What is your dose of T and HCG and how frequent are you injecing?

What’s the difference between free and bioavailable T
Bioavilable T is weakly binded to albumin and free T is not bonded to anything. SHBG + T is not available since the bond is very very strong. Bioavailable T can convert to free T om demand since bond is weak
Do not really get it I guess I need to keep educating myself about the topic however from those results what do I need to do in order to get it right?

TT=915 looks good
FT=15.6 could be better but OK
SHBG may be elevated creating more SHBG+T that inflates TT levels.
I think that you should see if you can get T dose increased to improve FT and make sure that you have lab timing done right. Doing labs at time of doctor office visit may be wrong and you will often need separate trips to do your labs or know a day of the week to make your office visits. Getting labs done before you see your doctor is best so you can both discuss.
Please do labs half-way between injections, avoiding lab timing changes that create lab changes.
E2=19.6 is good.
so that dosage is the way to go?
