Not necessarily ditch, but add some high rep front squats or split squats after your heavier work.

I’m not saying ditch the heavy weights. I am saying whatever you’ve been doing needs to change if you want different results than you’ve been getting tho
If all you have been doing is squatting heavy for low reps then yeah, you may want to experiment with adding higher reps somewhere to your leg workouts
you’re also only training legs once a week, maybe just adding a 2nd workout will be enough volume to stimulate more Hypertrophy and less neuromuscular strength
My suggestion isn’t a direct suggestion. There’s tons of effective ways to get your legs to come around and you’re not limited to just any one in particular. If I were I’d consider alternative methods to what you’ve been doing IF you want better legs
You look great tho and it looks like you’ve got good potential

Your arms are well developed, perhaps swapping your arm day for a 2nd leg day may be beneficial. Keep Sunday as a heavy leg day and use Monday as a high rep, hypertrophy day. Throw biceps work on the end of back day to keep yourself happy.

What does your back day look like as well? Not being rude, but your lats are non existent in many of your pics
