21 Y/O in the Military. Help Interpreting Bloodwork

Use hCG.

So I just got my most recent blood work back from Defy. I have a pretty big increase in test levels. I still however feel like shit, as in, I have zero energy I feel so tired throughout the day that I usually just want to go lay down in bed and sleep my life away haha. I had my cortisol tested through the military ( 24 hour piss jug test) and it came back way within the normal range. I dont know what to do…is my body supposed to be at a much higher range in test to feel normal? Mind you I’ve been on damn near 5 different depression and anxiety meds in the past year. I was also cleared by my psychiatrist here on base saying they dont know what to do for me because none of the medication has done anything except make me feel worse. I had prolactin tested a month ago, it came back high…in my most recent report it came back normal? I literally have no idea what’s going on …

Your just on clomid?

This is how most men feel on Clomid, numbers great and they feel like crap. You will have to tough it out or quit Clomid and go straight to TRT.

That is correct Charlie, I was also prescribed anastrozole for any high E symptoms.

Dosage? And did you take any AI?

I’m going to go straight into TRT if Defy let’s me. I’m over this shit. I’m 10 days from transferring to the civilian side and dont need any extra crap bringing me down while I transition. I hope Defy will agree with what I want…I mean unless they 100% think it would be a terrible option…update on defy though, I’m super impressed at their response times to email, and lab work.

12.5mg of clomid EOD.

0.125MG OF anastrozole every other day if high E symptoms manifest.

So did u take the AI ?

You may end up on injections. But you should probably lower your dose since your free t is above range.
Take 12.5 2x a week. Half life of clomid very long.

I would not take any AI with your numbers if u did take.
As stated numbers may look good in clomid but not the symptoms.

Clomid blocks the estrogen from interacting with your pituitary gland. When estrogen interacts with the pituitary gland, less LH and FSH are produced. This leads to a decrease in testosterone and therefore decreased production of sperm. Clomid blocks estrogen’s interaction with the pituitary gland, there is an increase in LH, FSH, and testosterone in the body.

Unfortunately most users doesn’t feel good for long on Clomid.

Sorry I forgot to answer you question in the last post. No I have not taken it once. Yeah my symptoms have been the same if not a tad worse in some aspects.

Yeah I know I read a couple posts a month or so ago on clomid monotherapy and they all did okay to start but eventually they started feeling worse, and quit posting. I’m assuming they either discontinued or went straight to TRT.
