Think I am 3rd currently but have be overachieving/getting lucky with matchups, figured I’d maybe end up a 5or 6th seed. Which I woud say isnt too shabby having had the second to last pick, lol.[/quote]
Sorry for taking so long to respond to this, no time during the week anymore, so I can only hop on on the weekends.
Here’s what I am thinking:
Expand to 6 team playoff system, but that means we only have each playoff match-up be 1 week long (instead of 2).
That means the regular season will last until week 13
Playoffs will be weeks 14 and 15 (top 2 teams get byes in week 14) and the Championship is week 16.
That does mean that week 17 is left unused, but I think that is actually beneficial since most teams rest players in week 17 and it makes things an absolute crap shoot.
I am going to change it to that today, but I am definitely up for changing it back or hearing other peoples thoughts, since this is OUR league, not mine.
Please let me know what you think.

Agreed, I actually think it makes much more sense.
At first I was hesitant because the playoff match-ups become only one week long, but that’s just like the playoffs for real football. It’s one game, all or nothing.

I’d feel more comfortable w/Griffin for a few reasons: that PIT DEF is no longer consistently dominant (see also: BAL) and that PHI DEF figures to have a spark this week. (and let the tie-breaker be the possible landfall of that hurricane messing things up in PHI, fantasy-wise)
