^ Rock that Joe Dirt beard DJ! Well lets hope I look more like the most interesting man than Rick Ross.

Nope just trying to go for this, but again Joe Dirt patches by the jaw line.
I try to grow a beard and it looks like crop circles gone horribly wrong, whole patches missing lol.
I think packers are gonna surprise allot of people. I mean Aaron Rogers throwing a football from 50 yards away into a little basket?? Mans a beast.
I also hope my Eagles don’t end up in the bottom of the division this year =[
Aaron Rodgers is the next great QB. He will be a first ballot Hall of Famer when he’s done. Give him a few more years and he’ll win superbowls. He’s mobile, accurate as fuck and calm in the pocket. Almost like the second coming of Montana. Even with a crappy o-line (they gave up the most sacks last year) he lit it up. Imagine what he can do staying on his feet some more.
I am a diehard Ravens fan and I really think they have a shot this year. Yes the secondary is injury depleted but most of our backups would start on other teams. And the offense will pick up the slack and put up points. As long as we can get over the Indy hump, we’r solid. We got over the New England hump last year (BEST GAME EVER!!), so its doable.
Packers - Ravens superbowl!
^Well let me open this up to you. You still don’t have the long strike WR. D. Stallworth gone for a month due to broken foot. So they may have to lean on RR. Going to be interesting to see the Jets front seven against RR & the O line.
Secondary completely depleted. I love Zbikowski, but their is no speed back there. Just a lotta questions yet to be answered in that secondary. Gonna be a make or break game for Sanchez. Sooner or later he’s going to have to show he can take over a game. Especially if Greene get stone walled.
I do however agree w/most of what you said about Rodgers.
What a boring and unexciting first game. I don’t mind low scoring games, but usually those games include hard hitting defenses.
Saints O-line in the second half was doing work against Vikings D-line which is one of the best. Jared Allen’s name was never mentioned throughout the game either.
Favre looked a little rusty but not too too bad. He made a couple of his usual throw and hope tosses that we all expect.
Peterson seems like he’s stomping the ground on every step he takes lol. Not very gracefull but fun to watch.
Heard Brady is finally getting his new contract, something like 18 mill per season average.

You can’t complain! Even when football sucks its still good.

Tune in for MNF, it’s going to be a blood bath. The ice tub will have a waiting line on Tuesday morning lol.
I like the running game and tough D. If my team was all about putting up points with a crappy D I would hate it. The Steelers should get back to what I like best this year. However I understand that if you have a O line better suited to pass protect than run that you go in that direction… I miss the Bus ![]()
Last night watching the game and watching Favre, especially on the sidelines, I had a thought: I have this feeling that he is not going to be successful at all this year, is not going to want to put up with the scrutiny (as well as the hits), and is just going to quit mid-season.
Anyone else had that thought? I hope that doesnt happen

That’s going to be a hell’uva game. If Sanchez can hold his own & play smart they have a good chance of getting out of there alive.
1st game in new Meadowlands… That place is going to TILT! Crowd noise gives us 3? Maybe?

That is exactly how I see it playing out. He’s one tough SOB but I think mentally he’s going to check out. Could be wrong of course but the “unfinished business” wagon he’s hooked up to is going to blow a tire. When he was sandwiched between the LB and his own lineman on one play I thought to myself(cause my wife was ignoring me) Brett, that is your future lol.He is there best QB though.

Something in his face just looked more like “What the hell am I here again for?” more than “This is what I love.” I can only imagine that being compounded as the season wears on. I’d like to say I don’t see him doing the Vikings dirty like that but I could just see him packing it in and leaving them high and dry…

He could always just pull the ankle injury and go in IR. I agree though he just didnt have the same Favre Fire he always has. Not in his play just in his attitude on the side lines.
Nothing but Mayhem Mon. night. Found a small write up on the trash talking. Jenkins went rt for the jugular.
The best rebuttal was reserved for Jets nose guard Kris Jenkins.
"I just hope this time he doesnâ??t hide behind the other linebacker thatâ??s taking all the hits for him," Jenkins said.
Bart Scottâ??s critique might not go over well in Maryland or with the Cleo nomination committee, but Jenkins jab is a direct insult of how Ray Lewis has played linebacker as a MIKE only â?? an insult for which Iâ??m not about to chide Jenkins, because I think itâ??s pretty valid.
If Iâ??m understanding him right, Jenks is basically saying that Lewis isnâ??t tough enough to play the SAM spot â?¦ that he lets Scott (and now Jameel McClain) take the big collisions on the guards or lead blockers, so that he can get all the glory by cleaning up. Watching how Scott and Harris play, while Scott is generally the SAM, they do â??pass the MIKEâ?? between them â?¦ maybe something Lewis was unwilling to do.
Print the last Hard Knocks was outstanding. I really think this was the best one done so far. Even better than my Cowboys.
^Agreed. Nothing was hidden. & w/all the different personalities, especially Westoffs, which surprised the shit out of me. Overall very entertaining.
