Anyone watching the Celtics/bulls game?? What a great game… Ray with a clutch 3 to send it into OT, and then Gordon with another clutch 3 to send it into double OT… WOW
IMO, celtics/bulls first round series is the best exciting match up so far.

This is a great series. I’m hoping they go seven. This is fun to watch.
It’s looking bad for the Spurs. The Dallas bench has outplayed the Spurs bench period. The Spurs don’t have a bench. The telling fact – when the Spurs needed a clutch three who was shooting it? Matt Bonner. IN the past it was Big Shot Robert Horry or Manu Ginobli or further back Steve Kerr. Who would you rather have taking that shot?

The NBA’s nuthugging of Lebron James is getting way out of hand. This stat is fucking disgusting: so far in the Cav’s/Pistons series Lebron James has shot 42 free throws. The entire Pistons team have shot 40. Think about that.[/quote]
Exactly. Going back to what Male was saying about ref treatment for LBJ. Wrong.

Yeah that game was sick, 2 OTs, great game!!! I agree, def most exciting matchup so far. Even though HOU is up 3-1 on POR, games 2-4 have been close and could have gone either way. And PHI is hanging tough with ORL! Tied 2-2 with really good games, Hedo coming up mega yesterday for ORL.

Yeah DD, Spurs aren’t looking so good. It’s as if they aged so much since their last title two years ago. Plus without Manu in the lineup is tough. Good point on Bonner, not exactly the number one choice for a big shot. Even with Tony’s 43 points the other night, it still wasn’t enough. Just not their year.

This is taken from lakersground.net, but was an interesting and detailed analysis of FT’s vs FG attempts:
WTF HORNETS?!?!?!?!?!? HOW DO YOU LOSE BY 58 POINTS?!?!?!?!?! That’s beyond sad.
That Hornets game was beyond belief. Tied the record for worst playoff loss ever. Just a complete disgrace for that team. Denver is really solid, but there is still NO EXCUSE to ever lose by that much AT HOME.
Lakers are looking a little complacent in the fourth. They just turn it on at will against these inferior teams, but they have to be more consistent going forward. Phil Jackson’s going to blow a gasket otherwise.
I’ll try to get some pics up tomorrow.
I love that Jerry Sloan wore a purple tie against the Lakers. WTF?! He was quoted as saying he got it at a yard sale.
Props to his Jazz. They were getting blown out but they just didn’t quit and made it a little scary at the end before talent finally won out. On to the second round!
So…how bout them Nuggets?

I think ‘beatdown’ is an understatement. Your Nuggets really handed it to the Hornets. Nice work. Definitely didn’t have to worry about a nailbiter of a game haha.
PMPM your Nuggets are looking good overall in the series, the leadership and play of Billups is just what this team needs to make a deep playoff run.

LOL yeah I thought that was made up, but guess not.
Yeah, the Jazz are a much better team than what their 8 seed shows, and it was close at the end, but the Lakers proved to be too much.
Man o Man did the Nuggets put it on the Hornets. The Lakers really pretty much coasted thru Utah, as X said they turn it on when they need to. My Spurs are looking severely undermanned with only two solid players. Maybe they can make a series out of this thing yet.
I thought all the good matchups would be out west, but ATL-MIA, BOS-CHI, and ORL-PHI are great series!!! Neither team is pulling away from the other, and Philly is doing a lot better than I thought they would.

Let’s start out with the team of the night … the Denver Nuggets.
Chauncey Billups scores over Rasual Butler.

Cool shot of Kenyon Martin ripping a rebound against the hapless Hornets.

The faces of James Posey and Chris Paul say it all. 121-63!!!

Oh, that pic is sweet!!! Looks like they are hovering over water.
