20 Y/O: Hormonal MESS (TSH, E2, Test, Cortiosol)

20 y/o, Concerning Bloodwork. Hypothyroid, Low T, High E2

That’s the weird thing. Both hypothyroidism and estrogen are commonly associated with high body fat. I am extremely lean though and have always been that way. I spent the last year eating a horrible diet and still have a six pack, very clear serratus muscles, and visible veins all over my arms and in my groin area.
