I’ve experimented a lot in the last 8 years being on TRT. It got to the point where I was like sorry dear I went too quick my E must be down but also sorry dear this is taking forever my E must be up. Now I know that it wasn’t just E but it was a fairly easy way to gauge where I was.

Yeah so am average.
I remember at the start of trt when hormones were not stable,. Had hard time getting up then when I did would cum so fast. weird climax too feeling wise

We are going to try and have a baby, so Ill need to add HCG into the mix. I hear that will help E2 bump a bit. If I am injecting 48mg of Test E EOD, what should my protocol be for HCG?
Also, what is everyone’s preferences for syringe sizes? Currently using 25g

One has nothing to do with the other. Most guys go with what the doctor reccomends, which is probably 500IU every other day (Or 3 times a week, depending). I would get some 27ga or even 30ga for the HCG. And KSman has been gone for a long time, you aren’t going to hear from him, which is for the best anyway seeing as he was full of crap.

Do you combine them together for one shot? Or best taken separately
They can go together, although if you do deep IM for the test you may want to do a separate Sub-Q shot for the HCG.

It’s reccomended to be done Sub-Q, not IM. Being in water it will absorb different, and may be less effective IM. I don’t have a study on that or anything, but HCG was trialed as Sub-Q and is meant to be used that way.

What size syringe is recommended for IM injections?
Use the needles that come with these standard insulin syringes. It’s long enough for IM.
I use 1/2” 30g ones
HCG dosing depending on the injection frequency, 100-150 daily, 250-300 EOD, 350-500 twice weekly. Never inject more than 500 ius at one time. You might need to decrease your test dosage after adding in the HCG because you will likely be producing testosterone again.
I use 29 gauge insulin syringes for injecting test.

Yes and if you inject test SQ, then you can load test and HCG into the same syringe.
@dbossa @systemlord @hardartery Im three weeks into lowering my dose of enanthate from 120mg E4D to 48mg EOD…to say it’s been hell, would be an understatement. Would it be ok to lower it again slightly (let’s say 40mg or 44mg EOD) now or would it best to wait until the end of week 8 before making any changes?
