Please wait. Generally, late teens/early 20s is when you hit the maximum amount of natural testosterone. At 19 your long term risks increase bc you have not fully developed. Im not trying to lecture you or anything. But by waiting you will increase your total benefits later and reduce risk. Good luck.

I started training when I was 18 and was still making significant natural gains well in to my early thirties. I do not believe that anyone should even consider using steroids until they have at least reached their full natural potential, and I guarantee you that you have a long way to go before that happens ! At just 19 your body is probably still producing GH and it won.t need any pharmaceutical intervention for a good few years yet ! Stay clean, put in the hard graft at the gym and enjoy the rewards. Give it at least another 5 years before you even think about using PEDS. Don’t try to run before you can walk. Have a good journey !
Never benched once during my two years in the gym. No barbells. Only dumbbells. Retracted scapula and controlled eccentric. I think my chest genetics are just trash. And I had gyno since 13, it’s a lump of tissue, only reversible through surgical removal of the tissue.
