sorry for the late response. My lifts are pretty high. 385 bench press, 365x3 atg easy, 550x3 deadlift, 315 incline for about 5 reps. my diet on the other had is simple. I eat chiplote a lot i eat maybe 3-4 times a day. I try to get in protein from shakes when i have enough money and i usally sip it during workouts mixed with some dextrose. before i usally would have a big ass burrito from chipolte.
