Are those your legs or are you riding a stork?

Just kidding with ya… keep working hard and make sure you learn to squat correctly. Don’t worry about piling on the weight at first. Focus on perfecting your form and depth before you start loading on plates.

I take all this with good attitude cause i know you’re all right, anyways i’d like to defend myself saying they aren’t as weak as they seem, i can squat with 265 for 6 reps… most of you will laugh at this number but its decent to me, so far. I just need a bit of hipertrophy and thats all i guess, so they look better…

thank you for answering! And no, no roids or creatine. I havent even taken a protein shake in my life…

Ok, you took the flaming in good stride. Be sure that you’re squatting with good depth. With your legs, I would bet my next paycheck that you’re not going past parallel. If you have the hip mobility and knees don’t have any problem, go past parallel. If you can’t backsquat past parallel, try front squatting to start. Don’t try this with your usual 265 for 6 reps though because you’ll probably have to dump the weight to get it off of you or hurt yourself.

The flame-fest is over, let’s move on and not scare away all beginners.

Obvious troll can’t get more obvious.

kid looks like an old time bodybuilder, he has plenty of room for improvement no doubt.

You mean he literally looks like someone dug up the skeleton of Eugene Sandow and posted pictures?

I didn’t say a good one, but I mean, I’ve seen worse and more pretentious people.

That’s funny: you wrote “day” when you probably meant “decade.” No worries, I do that ALL the time, too.[/quote]

^This made the entire thread worthwhile -lol.

S

Gave you a 1 because

There is no proportion.
You have no X shape.
You could be that lean without every working out once in your life.
Your body screams curl/bench only.
Your legs scream nothing, none whatsoever, girls have more leg then you.
You’re 6’2" and 185lbs which means for every inch you have 2.5lbs on you including bone and liquid weight.

Nothing to see here, either strong disillusionment or troll.

Great thanks to all the haters!! Only makes me wanna go on and on to shut some mouths someday. Oh, and i’d definitely would enjoy watching pictures of the time you were 20 and were’nt taking any supplements, when you were still noobs at this. Oh yeah, i forgot you came outta your mother’s bellies all 'roided up already.

And many thanks to the people that answered in a non-destructive way, i’ll try to follow your advices. Legs are already 1 inch bigger, this is beginning to work

Dude, don’t call anybody a hater. Because you got what you ordered. You just don’t get the nature of this site. This is supposed to be a serious bodybuilding site, not some place to post such pictures of such condition showed on your ones. Hell, you don’t even know how to pose…

Sorry, about the flame. But I’m trying to be constructive here. You need to be way more modest, if you really want REAL muscle.

I do get the nature of this site, but i also guess that nobody started being huge already. And i did take all the criticism in a decent way, since i know very well where i am: just at the beginning. Anyways, i dont see this as a reason to keep on answering in such a destructive way. But oh well, i’ll come back here one day

And of course i dont know how to pose, no one ever showed me and i dont practice it at home (yet lol)… thanks anyways for answering!

Um do you understand that this isnt “rate my physique after 1 month of lifting and never training my legs but dont go too hard on me even though my legs look actual broomsticks and my upper body is simply average”

When you have a solid physique you’ll get positive comments. Until then, stfu and understand that you aint shit.

Oh and that 265 squat for 6 reps? Are we going to see proof of that ridiculous claim any time soon? Or are you just going to call everyone who actually works hard ‘roided up’

douche
