Is he really natural though? I mean hes really big and lean and thats specially hard for someone his age without some help. Dont treat like a stupid child. If I wouldnt have mentioned my age I bet the answers would be a lot different.

Hows it hard for someone who has been bodybuilding for years possibly from his teens to be ripped at 50? This shows how fucking stupid you are. His t levels may not be that of a 16 year old on clen but it shows your lazy as fuck and not dedicated the long steady process of making it lifestyle choice.

and as for how much test the kid has, there’s no way of knowing without blood work… anyone who says anything to the effect of “a teenager boy is overflowing with testosterone” is ignorant at best.

Thank you for your advice. I did take it into account and I will be making a nutrtition post with a detailed plan of my diet.

Believe me the last thing I want to be is a skinny kid with abs.

OP you do need help, like the psychiatric kind of help, because what you are saying is legitimately insane.

Get your shit together and train and eat with dedication for at least a few more years, and I mean really do that before you start throwing exogenous compounds in your body, because then maybe your body, let alone your brain and perspective on life might be developed enough for you to decide whether or not you actually need them.

You will get all the help you need on this site. 16 is a great age to be physically and with the overall lack of responsibilities.

Learn and make your best gains naturally while you can and you will eventually be far ahead of the winny/dbol popping kids who never learned to eat and train properly from the start.

I agree. Eat healthy and eat alot. No eating shit. Heavy compound lifts. Build a foundation of strength. Don’t do many isometric excercises. Hell, maybe don’t do them at all. And as for the PEDs, you don’t need them. You’re still young, and your body is drowing in testosterone. Really, stay away.

Yeah. I have to agree. Eat good and train hard. You shouldn’t even think about using at 16. Don’t even think about touching gear until your at least 23-25. Get all that natural growth first. Plus at your could mess up your endocrine system and cap off bone growth prematurely. If anyone on here tells you what to use and how use is fool. Train hard.
