I tend to agree with this. The more time you spend at a certain job the more likely you are to take advantage of the job or work environment. Same with congress. They get used to all of the perks, then, in their human nature, try to get more. Or at least push the system to its limits.
Plus, term limits would make it harder to form cliques and a standard on how things work. Getting rid of the “rules” that the congress seems to go by would probably help.
