Ignore the stickies. Start low, work up, never introduce more than one change at a time. If you adjust your dose, do not add anything else for at least a few weeks. It is a very delicate balance for some of us.
One last question. Should I wait 6-8 weeks for results after changing Anestrozole dose? My doctor said I will notice the change after 2 weeks, and systemlord referenced a 10 day stabilization period.
If 2 weeks is adequate to notice changes in anestrozole, then It’s clear I should reset, start small, and only introduce one change at a time after each 8 week interval.
If it’s not enough time to dial in changes with anestrozole, i may be jumping the gun too early on a reset.
