@Bill Roberts: Yeah, that’s the kind of stuff that I was reading also. Iodoral, at 12.5 mg a dose, is WAAAAAAAY over the recommended safe daily limit of iodine. Even a half a tablet or a third of a tablet is way over the max. I’m staying far away from it.

It’s an ampule. Break the neck off where the black line is. A small piece of gauze works just fine to keep from cutting yourself.
The most important part about using anything from an ampule is that you use a filter straw/needle to draw the contents out. It will filter out any tiny pieces of glass so you don’t end up injecting them at some point.
