I have to say, this is the best training program i’ve ever used. i was using this program but decided to change to keep things fresh.
i began doing a 3x3 for incline bench.
on tuesday i did 180x3x3x2. i couldn’t get the third rep. i was on my third week of 3x3 but felt i wasn’t making any progress.
so saturday i decided to do the 1-6 again, and ended up getting 205 for one rep.
i was really happy after putting it up.
Has anybody else had good results with this program?
1-6 works very well. Use it until you stop making progress, usually three weeks or so, then go to a different routine.
